Zach - "So what is your name and what do you do?"

 

KidCrusher - "Shawn Montague, I'm a musician/producer from Adelaide, South Australia. I've got 3 bands at the moment; KidCrusher, KcaveMen & Rectal Birth."

 

Zach - "How young we’re you when you decided you wanted to start making music?"

 

KidCrusher - "I would guess around 12, primary school, I had my first rap group recording on cassettes and music videos on VHS."

 

Zach - "How did you come up with the name KidCrusher?"

 

KidCrusher - "It's actually a wrestling move developed by Billy Kidman, I used to do the move when I was a backyard wrestler and the name just stuck with me, (I) didn't really have too much thought behind it to be honest haha."

 

Zach - "Your usual look consists of white & red face paint, but you are also known for getting dressed up like the Grinch, why did you specifically choose the Grinch?"

 

KidCrusher - "I loved the movie, and I also love diving into different personalities to tell different stories. I always felt like I related to the grinch a fair bit in the sense of being picked on and isoltated, and I thought, Wouldn't it be cool if he turned into a blood thirsty maniac instead of stealing christmas?"

 

Zach - "You have worked with names like Kung Fu Vampire, SwizZz & Mars. Can you think of anyone you would love to work with in the future?"

 

KidCrusher - "Probably with bands that'd never want to work with me haha, like ah, Linkin Park, Slipknot, Violent J, Jamie Madrox, Korn, Rasmus, The Defiled... but when I think within my reach, I'm not really sure at the moment, as I'd prefer to focus on my solo act for my next few albums."

 

Zach - "Do you have any influences, musically? If so who are they?"

 

KidCrusher - "Insane Clown Posse, Slipknot, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Mudvayne, Marilyn Manson, Twiztid, Dark Lotus, Spice 1, Fear Factory & The Berzerker."

 

Zach - "You we're a guest at the “Gathering of the Juggalos”, what was that experience like?"

 

KidCrusher - "Actually I wasn't. I got invited but wasn't allowed into the country."

 

Zach - "I know you enjoy watching films, could you name some of your favorites of all time?"

 

KidCrusher - "Back to the Future Trilogy, Tremors, Cloverfield, Armageddon, Goonies, Big Trouble In Little China & The Thing."

 

Zach - "What can we look forward to in the future from KidCrusher?"

 

KidCrusher - "More Deloreans haha, nah, Hopefully a USA tour, then who knows. At the moment, I'm just focused on that."
